💼 Responsibilities
• Review material requirements and raise Purchase Orders based on MRP requirements
• Schedule and reschedule materials to ensure continuous supply for manufacturing
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve potential material supply issues
• Monitor inventory levels, LTB and excess & obsolete inventory while meeting inventory targets
• Track and manage outstanding POs / PRs, unconfirmed POs and other purchasing KPIs in SAP
• Work with suppliers to improve delivery and supply performance
• Resolve supplier NCRs and support supplier audits
• Manage purchasing specification changes and related documentation
• Represent Purchasing in new product development and product transfer activities
• Drive SAP, system and purchasing process improvements while maintaining data accuracy
• Ensure purchasing processes comply with SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and other applicable requirements

📝 Requirements
• Min. degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Min. 5–8 years of purchasing / procurement experience within manufacturing
• SAP experience is required
• Hands-on experience raising and managing POs / PRs
• Good understanding of ERP / MRP concepts and material planning
• Strong supplier management and purchasing experience
• Good communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
