Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs.

  • Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions.

  • Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection.

  • Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

  • Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or sales hiring

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

  • Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and recruitment governance in financial services
