Job Responsibilities :

• Acquire new and existing customers for loans and balance transfer facilities through outbound calling
• Handle follow up on income documents and assist in loan amount calculations based on the customer’s annual income package
• Report directly to team manager in implementing sales and service strategies to achieve targets
• Handle pre- sales & post sales queries
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
