Temp Senior Patient Service Associate | $13/hour | Monthly Renewable

Looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry? Join clinic and support patients by providing excellent frontline service while assisting with digital healthcare services.

📍 Location: Sengkang
📄 Employment: Monthly Renewable Contract (Renewable up to 3 months or longer)
💰 Salary: $13/hour

🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• Occasionally required to start at 7.00am or 7.30am (Earlier start means earlier end time)
• 44 Hours Per Week

What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide frontline customer service to patients and visitors
• Register patients and schedule appointments accurately
• Assist and guide patients with self-service kiosks and digital services
• Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries professionally
• Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
