🕒 5-Day Work Week | 42 Hours/Week
⏰ Rotating shifts: 5.15am–2.45pm / 7.30am–5.00pm
📆 Includes weekends & Public Holidays
🚕 Transport claimable for 5.15am shift
💼 Responsibilities
• Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administration
• Prepare meal summaries and meal chits
• Handle enquiries, calls and feedback
• Assist with meal assembly and plating
• Manage stocks, supplies and deliveries
• Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys
• Support staff meal orders and payment processing
• Perform general administrative and operational duties
📝 Requirements
• Min. NITEC / Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline preferred
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
