Job responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Surveillance team in testing speech-to-text models and applications.

• Verify, validate, and update transcription results using the bank's speech-to-text application.

• Conduct UAT role-play exercises by recording voice samples based on prescribed scripts.

• Review transcription accuracy and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

• Prepare analytical reports and document testing results.

• Provide support for the team's Generative AI (GenAI) project and related activities.

• Perform other testing and administrative duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in spoken English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese is required to support communication needs arising from the client's demographic profile.
