Job Responsibility

• Partner closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Deliver impactful technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers.
• Develop high-quality technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, detailed solution write-ups, and costing estimates.
• Work with vendors, distributors, and internal teams for solutionvalidation, sizing, and pricing.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, Statements of Work (SOW), and implementation documentation.
• Ensure solution feasibility by aligning closely with delivery and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Leverage tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, internal templates) to improve proposal efficiency and quality.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, certifications, and technical enablement programs.

Requirements:

• Experience in presales/ solutions engineering / technical consulting (cloud or IT services).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP is a plus).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in proposal writing, costing, and solution design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Possess AWS certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect, Cloud Operations) are advantage.
• Experience with MSP, cloud migration, or managed services are advantage.
• Exposure to security, monitoring, or observability solutions are advantage.
