Job Summary

Support a VR & gaming event by assisting with setup, participant guidance, equipment operation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth event execution.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down, transport, test, and operate VR equipment to ensure event readiness and smooth flow
• Guide participants on VR gameplay and correct equipment use to enhance their experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly during the event
• Handle and organize VR equipment carefully to prevent damage and loss
• Maintain continuous, smooth operation of VR stations throughout the event

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiar with Meta Quest 3 or PC VR systems to support equipment operation and participant guidance is a plus
• Speak confidently to event participants and strangers to facilitate engagement
• Work independently and follow instructions accurately to meet event requirements
• Communicate proficiently in English for clear interaction with participants and team members

Event Details

• Event Date: 23rd June
• Venue: Event hall of a hotel (Singapore)
• Pre-Event Training: Between 8th – 12th June, 1 to 3 hours off-site at Tengah (free training provided)
• Event Shift: 6 hours on-site
• Total Pay: SGD $20 per hour on site or $120 for the whole event. (inclusive of training and event work)
