Join a manufacturing unit in west Singapore as a Warehouse Assistant to support efficient warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and coordination with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and condition
• Label and record pallets and parts accurately for inventory tracking
• Organize and put away incoming and outgoing parts to designated locations
• Update inventory records using RPWMS to maintain accurate stock data
• Verify physical stock against inventory records to ensure consistency
• Move stock out of the warehouse and record movements precisely
• Secure delivery orders (DO) and hand them over regularly to planners or persons-in-charge
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to support warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through good housekeeping practices
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse functions

Other Information

• Job location: Joo Koon/Boon Lay (One-way transport provided from Boon Lay MRT station in the mornings)
• Salary: Up to $2500/month (Overtime as needed)
• Work week: Monday to Friday (weekends as needed), day and night shifts available
