Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods and materials into the warehouse management system

• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements

• Managing inventory levels, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate records of stock movements

• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently

• Organising and maintaining warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal space utilisation and easy product accessibility

• Coordinating with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and manage outbound shipments

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse

• Supporting inventory reconciliation and participating in cycle counts as required

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification

• Prior working experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment

• Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems and IT applications

• Candidate with Forklift License or other material handling certifications will be advantageous
