Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, negotiation and supplier evaluation.

• Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, quality and reliable supply.

• Source, assess and manage suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery and compliance.

• Negotiate quotations, pricing, contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain sufficient stock.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials, packaging and operational supplies.

• Maintain supplier records and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.

• Monitor purchasing costs, budgets and expenditure to support cost control.

• Analyse quotations, pricing trends and purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers and contractors.

• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues relating to quality, delivery or service.

• Oversee day-to-day administrative, office and facilities-related operations.

• Manage office supplies, service contracts, company assets and related documentation.

• Supervise the procurement team and ensure smooth daily workflow.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, contracts and other relevant documentation.

• Develop and improve SOPs and processes to enhance procurement and administrative efficiency.

• Support audits, documentation and compliance-related activities where required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.

• Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, cost control and vendor management.

• Familiarity with quality management, food safety or audit requirements will be an advantage.
