Overview

This internship is with an independent asset management firm serving institutional investors and ultra-high-net-worth clients across investment, estate, tax, and philanthropic needs. The role provides exposure to wealth and asset management operations within a global environment.

You will support business processes, client servicing, and operational initiatives while gaining practical experience in financial services.
You will work in a collaborative and professional setting, with opportunities to learn from experienced team members and contribute to ongoing business initiatives.

Internship Details

• Minimum commitment of 4 months (6 months preferred)
• Exposure to wealth management operations and business process improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in improving and refining internal business processes and workflows
• Support system enhancement initiatives, including testing and implementation (UAT)
• Promote the adoption of new processes and systems within the organisation
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for onboarding and maintaining service provider information
• Provide administrative support to client advisory teams, including maintaining client records and documentation
• Ensure accurate organisation and management of client data
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior internship experience in financial institutions or related industries is an advantage
