Overview of the Position

This role is for a Wealth Solutions Development Manager within an established global financial organisation. The position focuses on managing client portfolios, delivering tailored investment solutions, and building a team to support business growth.

You will receive continuous training and exposure to investment products and market insights, supporting your progression into more senior roles and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio reviews and analyses to align financial solutions with client objectives
• Manage and service client investment portfolios
• Prepare financial reports and monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute investment strategies and client requests
• Participate in investment meetings and training sessions with fund managers and product providers
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Build and develop a team of associates over time

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Minimum age of 21 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $4,000 to $12,000
• Additional commissions and quarterly bonuses
