Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Client Account Manager – RF Test & Measurement to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts across Singapore and the region. In this role, you will sell premium radio frequency (RF), microwave, and wireless test and measurement solutions to top-tier commercial, aerospace, defense, government, and research organizations. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex customer measurement needs into tailor-made instrument and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quota targets for RF test equipment, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and automated test systems.

• Key Account Development: Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships across target sectors, specifically aerospace & defense sectors

• Consultative Technical Selling: Engage with customer R&D, QA, and production teams to evaluate measurement challenges and deliver technical demonstrations, proposals, and solution pitches.

• Market Intelligence & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and market trends analysis to align local business strategies with regional goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Application Engineers and Service/Support teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements & Selection Criteria

• Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Domain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of RF test & measurement principles (spectrum analysis, signal generation, network analysis, power measurement, vector signal analysis).

• Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of proven consultative sales experience with capital equipment, electronic hardware, or specialized T&M instrumentation.

• Target Industry Network: Strong network within Singapore’s tech ecosystem—specifically wireless telecom (5G/6G, Wi-Fi), defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or academia/A*STAR institutes.

• Sales Execution: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, prepare commercial tenders, and close high-value technology deals.
