• MIN O-Level / A-Level / Below Diploma: $12.50/hour

Looking for someone who can commit fully until the end of December 2026 and is comfortable handling a frontline customer service counter.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily customer service counter and concierge operations
• Attend to walk-in enquiries relating to membership, training assistance, gift claims, assistance programmes and other services
• Assist with frontline transactions such as membership registration, programme applications and card replacements
• Create and update customer cases accurately in the CRM system
• Maintain and update daily appointment lists
• Extract daily, weekly and monthly CRM performance reports
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations when required
• Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad-hoc duties
