Location: Lorong Chuan, walking distance from MRT
Working Hours: Office Hours, 5 Days
Job Scope:
- Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Handle recruitment and selection activities
- Support performance management processes
- Manage day-to-day HR administration
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR documentation
- Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment and performance matters
- Administer employee compensation and benefits
- Process government-paid leave and make-up claims
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- Hands-on payroll experience
- Experience in recruitment and general HR operations
