Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the key point of contact for general enquiries, service support, and account management needs.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular engagement, follow-ups, and support in maintaining ongoing business partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions while supporting overall business growth efforts.
  • Maintain proper and up-to-date client records, ensure regular engagement with assigned accounts, and support coordination across relevant teams.
  • Stay informed on relevant employment guidelines and ensure all client interactions are handled in a compliant and professional manner in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of MOM guidelines and employment regulations in Singapore
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (strong spoken and written English required)
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
