Job description

  • Support fundraising efforts across financial advisers, distributors, external asset managers (EAMs), platforms, family offices, and accredited investors. Cultivate, manage, and strengthen relationships with distribution partners and investors. Identify and onboard new distribution channels and strategic partners across Singapore and the region. Deliver investor presentations, product training, and client meetings. Collaborate closely with senior management to drive fundraising initiatives and business growth. Assist with platform onboarding and due diligence processes.
  • Support coverage of Accredited Investors (AI) and Family Offices. Manage investor meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. Assist with investor onboarding and subscription processes in coordination with Fund Administration and Compliance. Maintain ongoing investor communications and relationships.
  • Prepare and update fund decks, factsheets, and marketing materials. Respond to investor due diligence requests and questionnaires. Monitor the fundraising pipeline and distribution performance. Produce internal reports, business updates, and management presentations.
  • Support the development of new distribution partnerships and strategic initiatives. Assist in product positioning and market strategy for private credit offerings. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Fund Administration, and Compliance. Organize and support investor events, roadshows, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to support investor onboarding and due diligence processes. Contribute to company-wide reporting and assist with strategic projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, or fund distribution
  • Experience covering financial advisers, distributors, family offices, and accredited investors, with prior exposure to alternative investments or private markets preferred.
