Job Responsibilities

* Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and on time. Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

* Perform ship confirmation upon receipt of complete shipping documents and ensure all pending orders are closed by month-end.

* Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements.

* Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.

* Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.

* Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

* Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management

* Min 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management
