Work Location: Central

Monthly Salary: up to $4500 per month


Job Scope:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of assigned projects
  • Lead, mentor, and conduct regular training, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency and productivity
  • Manage client and company's expectation to ensure profitability is the top priority with customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze reports
  • Ensure timely Invoicing and collection of monthly billings for all assigned projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Min 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Proven track record in managing projects and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
