We are hiring Temp F&B Assistant – Food Services to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administration.

* Generate meal summaries and meal chits.

* Handle calls, enquiries and feedback.

* Support meal assembly and plating.

* Manage stock, supplies and deliveries.

* Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys.

* Support staff meal orders and payment processing.

* Perform general administrative and operational duties.

Requirements:

* Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline OR Relevant working experience

* Must possess valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to commit 5-day work week, 42 hours per week. (5.15am – 2.45pm, 7.30am – 5pm) - Transport claimable for 5.15am shift.

* Able to work on weekends & public holidays.

* Able to commit to contract Duration: Sep 2026 – Dec 2026 / Jan 2027.
