Usage Partnership & Loyalty Manager

Job Summary
The Usage Partnership & Loyalty Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, enhance customer loyalty and more. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships, as well as designing and implementing effective loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.

Job scope (but not limited) to below:

  • Rewards catalogue maintenance

  • Handling of all customers cases for rewards redemption

  • Processing/Fulfilling all rewards related matters

  • End to end maintenance of UOB$ programme

  • Managing key fuel parter
