  • Documentation & Tracking: Assist in maintaining and updating records for quarterly change requests, ensuring accurate daily tracking and timely reporting.
  • Billing Support: Help with the preparation and submission of billing documents related to quarterly requests.
  • Compliance Inventory Management: Monitor and update the inventory for card scheme compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Educational Background

  • Currently pursuing in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and basic data tracking systems.

Analytical & Organizational Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Communication Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow up on tasks.

Work Ethic & Attitude

  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience (Optional)

  • Exposure to budgeting or cost management processes is advantageous.
