Job description

Work location: Toa Payoh
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $4500 per month

9 months contract

Job Scope:

  • Manage and process appeals and non-appeals from stakeholders (e.g. feedback, complaints, queries)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth case resolution
  • Investigate service issues and ensure effective resolution
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on service quality metrics
  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Support or lead service quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Keen interest in environmental public health sector
  • Proficient in data analytics and data visualisation (e.g. Qliksense)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
